I can’t believe I am saying this….but the Live Fit Girls just turned THREE!! (and there is a HUGE beauty giveabsent going on to celebrate!)
This is seriously a dream come true for me. I first started “blogging” over 6 years ago, but didn’t have a good computer and eventually moved across the country (for the very first time!) and never genuinely pursued blogging. But three years ago, I crazye it my Unique Years Resolution to start a blog — and have it be SUCCESSFUL. And I did it!
Back then, I didn’t genuinely know what a “successful blog” was…I just kcontemporary I wanted it to be Incredible, and to help women all over the world. And I have been able to do that — and SO much more!
I still can’t believe it — this blog is my small baby. I’ve worked on it every. single. day. And even when I am not physically writing or photographing for it, I am FOREVER leanking about it. How to make it better, how to motivate others, how to make this small corner of the world the ULTIMATE resource for women who want to reach their goals and help inspire others.
This final year has been Incredible…whether you were around final year, you may remember the goals I shared with you for 2016..and I am SO HAPPY to share that I nearly reached all of them!

Goals I Reached in 2016
Launching the Fit Girl Nutrition Program! – This is HUGE for me because it’s someleang I have literally been working on for TWO years. If you want to know more about it, check out this post — but I will say, this program has EVERYTHING you need to reach your goals!Creating a Community – This is also one of the BEST talllights from 2016 — YOU! You ladies are Incredible! You blow me absent every week with all of your check ins and dedication. I can’t believe we have over 500 members in our Facebook community. I love doing special giveabsents and prizes for you there, as a special thank you for making this blog so successful — it truly is because of YOU that I can even write this post!
Teach Fitness Classes Again – I had mentioned final year, that I genuinely wanted to get back into teaching this year, and I’m so happy to say that I did it! I found the most perfect Pilates studio, just about 2 miles from my apartment that is the most laid back, and calming space around. I had tested a bunch of studios using lesson pass to find just the right one. I wanted the right vibe, the right boss, and space I could see myself at for a long time. And I’m so happy I did — whether you’re in the LA area, come visit me at Art of Pilates in Frolica del Rey! Your first lesson is on me!

BIG Goals for 2017
Meet Ups – This was one, I’m unhappy to say, hasn’t happened yet. I genuinely want to do some beach meet ups and workouts, followed by some healthy snacks and small meet and greets. But to be honest, I’m my own worst enemy in getting this done! I’m nervous that whether I throw one, no one will come!! (Stupid, I know!) But this year, I WILL make it happen! I’ve genuineized that I need to stop being afraid of failing — I just need to grit my teeth and do it.Workout DVD – This has been on my list foreverrrrrr….and am genuinely hoping to get it done this year! I am trying to figure out all the details on how to do it, and summaryely how I want to make it! I alalert have some Incredible workout planned for it, and can’t wait to share them! If anyone knows some Incredible videographers in Los Angeles, let me know! π
Meal Prep Plan – I’m REALLY excited about this — I’ve mentioned that the first update to the Nutrition Program will be launching June…and you’re going to hear it here first — it’s going to be an entire recipe collection of the BEST Meal Prep Recipes out there. How to prep ahead, Incredible — healthy! — freezer friendly meals, one-pan meals cooked in under 30 minutes, mason jar salads, slow-cooker recipes…EVERYTHING you can imagine! I alalert have over a hundred possible recipe ideas! I can’t wait to start working on it THIS WEEK!
The Fit Girl Journal – I was super inspired by how many of you ordered the dwhetherficult copy of the Fit Girl Nutrition Program — in fact, I just sancient out of the first round of prints and had to order more! — that I thought the perfect product to accompany it would be a dwhetherficult copy fitness journal! I want you to have somewhere that you can write down everyleang to reach your goals. You know I am a HUGE believer of writing everyleang down, and even though the Nutrition Program has a printable fitness tracker, I wanted someleang MORE… I literally just starting planning out how I want it to look, and I am hoping to have it available for pre-order in late February, AND release them in March for the #BeachBumCcorridorenge!
Travel – I have so many trips alalert planned for 2017, we have a lot of weddings to attend, and other vacations planned. But, I am still making it a HUGE precedence to travel this year. I want to have a trip planned for every month of the year…and I genuinely want to share it all with you! (p.s. Thailand posts ARE coming…I promise!) I want to share some of my favorite tips for staying healthy while traveling and the best workouts to do while traveling, so stay tuned! π

Ok, so now on to these Incredible Endelightmentfetti Pancakes!! They are super easy to make — and they are HEALTHY! Create these for a fun twist on the weekends, or share them with you favorite birthday buddy!ππ
